double butt...HELP!!

I have fat around my hips and belly that makes me look like I have a second @ss.....the muscles are fairly strong, but what are some exercises that will get rid of the fat above it?!

I have back fat that makes my behind look like that
But there is no way to spot reduce. Just keep exercising (cardio / weight training) and eventually your body will decided to dig into the fat that you want it to.0 -
A few exercises to help those areas (although remember you can't reduce just one part of the body - you need to look at your body as one big machine) - but you can focus on one or more area than other areas:
- Leg lifts (to the side, to the back, to the front). You can even get ankle weights to challenge yourself.
- Pelvic lifts; lie on the floor, hands to your side and raise your butt up. Do 10 reps and on the 10th, hold it and pulse for 10 reps.
- Side Crunches; lie on the floor. turn your legs to one side but keep your shoulders flat on the ground. Lift up as if doing a sit up. repeat on the other side.
- Side Bends; holding a dumbbell (I use 10lbs), hold one dumbbell to your side and other hand behind your head (no weight). Bend the the side (dropping the weight by your knee) then lift and bend the other side (elbow toward the floor). Then repeat with the weight in the other hand.
- Hill climbing
- Box jumps
And lastly -
-Running/walking - good old fashion cardio
Remember to weight train along with cardio. Don't neglect the rest of your body, but do a couple extra of the above and you should see results in a bout a month!!0 -
