MILF In Training

Hey everyone!!!
I've been using myfitnesspal this past week and I've lost almost 4 pounds already! A friend of mine introduced me to this website and I couldn't be more thankful. I had a goal after I had my son and got my braces put on 3 years ago, and that was to be at I weight that I felt healthy, confident and sexy by the time I got my braces off. Well, I lost 20lbs and was feeling really good about myself and that was right before I started cosmetology night course (a little over a year and a half ago). Unfortunately I gained all that weight back and got my braces off earlier this year. I didn't reach my goal
I'm getting ready to graduate in a little over a week and start a new chapter in my life and I figured why not start being more healthy too? I'm also having a bet with my mom....whoever loses the most weight by the end of the year has to buy the other person a congratulatory outfit and I am determined to start the year off with pounds shed and feeling great about myself.
I've looked through some of the threads and everyone seems to be so motivating and inspirational and I can only hope to contribute to that!
So here I am!

hi, I lost 4 stone, (56lb) 2yrs ago. however 2yrs at uni a full time job and kids, something had to go. unforunatly first was the exercise and then slowley old habits crept in and then before long i wasn't thinking about what i ate. So uni finished no essays to do, time to start on the dite and exercise again. determind to loose 14lb by november for graduation (only 10 more to go).
