Brand new start!!!

Hey everyone!
Been away for a while... i was doing really well and i dont know what hapened but i lost track and now ive put on 4kg!!! not great... and now im feeling really down (been comfort eating) and cant seem to get back on track... every day i say "tomorrow is a newday... start fresh" but i always let myself down.. ive also had a knee injury which has stopped me working out.. its still playing me up but according to my notso wonderful doctor there is nothing wrong with it... apparently according to her i have to strenghthen the muscle and thats all.. even though i explained that it started hurting after i started running!! grrrrrr so basically im stuck in a rut... and feeling disgusting and ugly!!
sorry for my rant.. but i just needed to get it off my chest.. dare i say it... "tomorrow is a new day.. start fresh!!!" fingers crossed... all i need it to start because once im back on it i wil feel more motivated and stronger.
