And have you tried natural sleep supplements? I find those with 5HTP in them help me, lots of people also find supplements with valerian help them get to sleep. Lots of others out there to try, it's worth it!0

Unless sleep is a food.... No, not directly
but it does have a huge impact on your bodies ability to function correctly, including energy stores and digestion and development
POWs are also fed little to nothing, so that really doesn't apply here.
I am eating around 1400 calories a day.0 -
In my case, yes. Because then I would feel lethargic the whole day and not want to exercise! LOL0
