Has anyone ever done a trekking or hiking trip for charity?
I'm considering doing one this spring, but i still have some weight to lose - i wondered if it might be a good focus for me, or if it might be too much pressure.
I wondered if anyone had done anything similar and if it had helped them stay motivated and lose weight or if it was quite pressured to lose weight in time for it?
Any advice would be much appreciated - im looking at a high altitude trek.
