I just burned as many calories as I had for breakfast. What should I eat now?

I did a intense shoulder routine and 40 min of cardio.0

Have a glass of chocolate milk (I'm not kidding). It's a great recovery beverage and it's tasty! Congrats on your workout!0

Eat what you had for breakfast!! LOL!! Or maybe a smaller version of it!!0
