    canned red kidney beans (nicer mixed up with some salad or last night's leftovers) - cheap too :)

    Tuna?? But I hate tuna...but if you like it, it would be a good option! LOL!!

    Whatever you do, do NOT buy canned chicken and turkey! I tried that when I had the same pursuit as you and I figured, well at least less tuna means less mercury but they are GROSS!! I donated the 3 or so I bought to a Food Bank.

    It's delicious! But I actually use 1/2 scoop of PP and 1/4 cup of frozen raspberries.
