I'm new here so please forgive me if this is a rerally stupid question, but when you enter strength training into your daily exercise diary why does it not count towards your calories burned log? Surely You must lose calories doing any form of exercise aerobic or otherwise?
Again sorry if I'm just being daft.

look for strength training in the cardio section and it will add the calories from there. the strength training section is more of a log for yourself.0

Look up strength training under cardiovascular and you will find it there0

Hrm with a calorie counter is the best way to measure you calories burnt.0

I read that it's because the calories burned will not be as accurate because of variations of weight, reps, sets, intensity. It's in the cardio section, but there was a disclaimer that it may not be accurate because it doesn't know how long your break in between sets is.0
