i dont' feel like that, but i do feel like if i skip a day then it's harder to get back to it. planning a short getaway for labor day and trying to figure out a way to not skip exercise.
  • Oh yea, dude. It happens to me. Just today, in fact, I'm not going to work out and I feel MEGA guilty. Not guilty for anyone else, but myself. However, the day off was needed. I've been runnin' short on sleep, so I took time this morning to rest a little extra.

I TOTALLY feel that way. I miss a workout or two, and all of a sudden nothing looks good on me, I feel like a blob and yes, like I just put on 10 lbs.

yup, and I often wish I could be exercising when I actually can't or if it would be pushing myself too much. I never thought I'd get a mild addiction to something so good for me!

I"m the same way. I've been off for a week now because of travel and jetlag. I'm not really any heavier but I feel heavier and puffy. I think my muscles are feeling lazy so that's why I feel heavier. I'm getting back to it come Monday.

Well gonna get back to it today while I am waiting for hurricane Irene to visit. Hopefully I won't lose power or I won't be able to use my Insanity DVDs

Do you have a laptop? If so make sure it's fully charged before the storm hits and use the laptop for the DVDs once the power goes out. Good luck!

I used too when I started. I felt like I had to go ever single day. Ive since relaxed on that a little. Life happens and sometimes you just cant make it,I had to stop feeling crappy everytime something came up.

    Don't be a daft sod.

I hate not exercising and feel jittery and bounce off the walls, but one missed session doesn't make you fat! I haven't had a chance to exercise all week as I have been on a full time course, and went for my first run in a week this morning (normally I exercise 4-5 times a week), and it felt great! I could have sprinted the whole thing (except I have lost my trainers and was wearing vibrams, so PAIN!).

    Anyway, don't be daft!
