Hey Everyone!

I join MFP a while ago and I lost 25 pounds. Then, I had summer jobs around the world this past summer and for the past 3 months I've just been maintaining. Now I'm home and I'm only halfway to my goal. But now that I have to get into weightloss mode(and get rid of that last 25 lbs); it's difficult to change my mind set.

Any tips on getting through that super tough first week?
