MFP!! What is YOUR favorite cardio workout?

Hi everyone! What is YOUR favorite type of cardio workout that has helped you towards weight loss? Perhaps even the TREADMILL or ELLIPTICAL mainly.. ex: intervals?? walking on high climbs - jogging? running? walking? I'm honestly getting so bored with the treadmill that I have been switching on & off to the elliptical back & forth.. really trying to burn some fat on my lower stomach area & thighs.. (I know you cannot spot reduce but I know cardio will help with this.)

Any responses are appreciated :)

    Just Dance 2 for the Wii, or go old fashioned running outside--nothing like having a little scenery to distract you. :)

    I love swimming. I get a great workout, I don't get all overheated, and I love the feeling of gliding through the water!

    I have a state park 5 minutes from my house, so on nice days, I walk the walking trails there. It's so quiet and peaceful that I don't notice that I'm burning calories. In the winter or on rainy days, I love the elliptical. I hate running so I feel like I've accomplished more when I do a workout on that.

    ZUMBA!!! Its helped me lose most of weight!

    I love biking and also TurboFire!! If it were to do something at the gym it would be the elliptical or to take a Zumba class!

    Kickboxing with gloves and a bag! "Hardens" you all over and the cardio is off the hook!

    giant sets all the way!!!! set up about 60-70% of ur one rep max and then do 4 diffrant exersises! ull sweat like crrraaaazy! e.g.

    Rear delts raise 25reps
    side lateral raise 25reps
    upright row 30reps
    shoulder press 30reps
    rest 30 seconds and repeat!
