Idk but the last 2 days I've been slacking. And I feel so bad about it. I decided to weigh myself which was a horrible idea because now all I can think about is gaining that weight back. Should I count this as my weight gained back. =( I'm so bummed.

if it's close to your TOM, don't worry. if it's not, just get back on track tomorrow!!!0

No it is highly doubtful that you managed to eat 6x3,500 calories in the past couple days so it might be a combination of water retention (high sodium) and crappy eating. Get back on track and you will recover!0

I want you to drink more water, whether it's your TOM or not. Stop slacking starting tomorrow and you will feel so much better!0

Its gonna happen. Don't get upset about it. I was really annoyed when I first started running, my weight kept going up! I was going to quit on it until I realized how much muscle mass I was building up. That led to a higher overal metabolism, and I am now currently losing 5-6lbs a week thanks to my added muscle mass.0

I only count my weight on my weigh in day. Mine happens to be Saturday mornings. So, even if I do weight during the week I don't acutally input it until Saturday.0

Kaya busting out the math. You're like the mythbusters.0

If it's TOM or close to it, forget about it .I gain around 4-8lbs during that week. Just drink lots of water and stay away from high sodium intake It'll go back down.0

Ok, I'm new here. Who is TOM?0

Hahaha it's what gets me through the "gains" lol. Its kind of reassuring to know that that many calories did not pass my lips0 -
Thanks.. I could be bloated.. but since I have Mirena I don't have TOM0

Time Of the Month (menstruation) don't worry though I don't think you have to worry about it ; )0 -
I'm married. I am very worried about it.0

What do you mean by "slacking"? If by slacking you mean eating more than usual, then this is where some of that gain came from. As others have said, fluctuations are normal. You may also have been dehydrated the last time you weighed in.0

Drink lots and lots of water to flush all the yuckies out. And move on Also - when you start eating healthier, your body might start....um....holding on to more waste, so to speak, because it isn't used to working without all the fat we have been eating to move things along. So my nutritionist (and tummy) have told me. So just get back on track, and guzzle lots of water.
Also, you can personalize your settings to also show you your sodium intake - when I first started, I was consuming WAY too much sodium, which causes major puffiness and fluid retention for me, you might wanna try that as well. Your diary has looked good all the times I've looked at it (I haven't looked at it in a couple days, but most times you haven't done as badly as you think). Even when I think I've really screwed up, I track it, and usually find that I didn't go as far off as I thought I did.
You can do this - you've been doing it with success, remember? Don't let one little bad day on the scale get you down0
