Me 3, Im thinking maybe because its because we are depriving ourselves from carbs, or maybe its the workout however I have beeen trying to be good and eat low carb tortillas, and ritz. you can eat 10 ritz and its only 20 grams of carbs.0

I have no idea but i read that if you crave bread then you need nitrogen. You should eat high protein foods such as: fish, meat, nuts, and beans.
Hope this helps0 -
I don't crave sugar like some people do but I do need to have a certain amount of carbs and fat every day. I feel really crappy if I have more than one day like that -- maybe you need to incorporate a slice of bread or two into your calories every day. Or try adding more fat - a lot of people that diet drop like ALL the fat or a ton of crabs from their diets and most bodies do need some of both to feel good.0

Probably you're mostly just hungry (i see you net rather low on a lot of days). The booza and pizza hut isn't helping matters. It's hard to get a clear picture from your diary because the carbs, protein, and fat aren't displayed. Hit your calories target every day, and use macros like 40% carbs, 30% fat, 30% protein (or somewhere in that remote ballpark). Do that for a couple of weeks and see how things feel.0
