Hey everyone, I loaded this app on my BB a while ago but there is so much more in the website so thought I would give this a go and use both together to help me stay on track.
I have to sort myself out for my health (although external benefits will also follow).
Looking fwd to seeing how this works with the support network out there.

HELLO, I find that keeping watch of my calorie intake is definitly the best way to loss weight. the fact that u can also moniter ur exercise levels and then automatically calculates how many calories have been burned. ITS VERY MOTIVATING!!!!0
