I found a neat 12-Week Treadmill workout on MSN http://health.msn.com/fitness/walking/articlepage.aspx?cp-documentid=100204229
But . . . what exactly does it mean by "pyramid walk"??

I'm thinking that would mean an increase in both your speed & incline throughout the length of your walk & then back down again to a finish. :bigsmile:0

So you got me thinking now!! I went to the site at MSN & if you look under the inormation on speed & incline it shows that you start at 3.5 then raise your incline after 30 seconds then increase your speed, then your incline again, speed etc, etc. .. I should've cut & pasted it... but hopefully you get the idea!0
