Geek to freak from the 4 hr body

I was wondering if anyone out there has tried the geek to freak program as outlined by tim ferris in the 4 hr body book. I started this program 4 days ago and am still tweaking things as time wears on here. The real challenge for me is getting the right caloric intake as according to the book it is 20 cals/lb of lean bodymass + 200 more cals. However following that outline I should be taking in 3080 cals a day and I typically burn 3000-3500 a day as my job is very physical and I track my cal burn via a bodymedia fit. I am also following the supplement regimen to the letter from the book. So thoughts from those whom have tried the program?

In my case being as active as I am I require more so to be effective I multiply my current lean bodymass by 24 to give me 3800 ish cals a day. The goal though is to focus on muscle building and not fat loss so I aim for 4000 cals a day on the program and after my week 1 results I am going to continue the regimen for the full 4 week duration.0

Not the full pagg stack, the supplementation is different for this program but you are still using the ala and the policosanol, here is the full list of the supplements used:
BSN NO-xplode
ala
policosanol
chromium polynicotionate (I could not find this one in canada so I got picolinate)
niacin (slow released)
L glutamine
Protein (casein protein)
Primaforce cissus (cissus quadrangulis)0 -
aah ok. Well I'm not doing the official 4hr body strength training methods but I take:
a pre workout with geranium extract and beta alinine (similar to jack3d)
PAGG (but half the amount he recommends)
casein (with oats, no other specific time)
cissus quadurangulis (on days I drink, don't know if it helps but it's a cheap placebo even if it doesn't haha)
