I posted this yeserday on a thread but I think its a very important quote. Something we can all do. We are accountable for our own actions. No one is ever to blame. We make mistakes, we learn, grow and change.
"As long as you think that the cause of your problem is “out there”—as long as you think that anyone or anything is responsible for your suffering—the situation is hopeless. It means that you are forever in the role of victim, that you’re suffering in paradise."
— Byron Katie

Hi Bev,
I hope this can help in some way. We all go through tough times when losing weight. Other factors in our lives can cause us to stear of track. I find when I am having a tough time losing I go onto maintance mode until I can clear my mind and concentrate on losing again. Its good practice to maintance and helps me not to fall too far off track which can be really demoralising. I hope you can find your weight loss mojo soon, but in the mean time don't sweat it. You will get there

POSITIVE quote of the day?! LOL. I think it's a great quote but on it's own I wouldn't call it positive. =P0

I do agree with you...I thought long and hard before I posted it as my positive quote, but my theory is, even though this quote points out something negative we can all do, it can also help others think and realise where and what they may need to change. Questioning who we are and how we think is a good thing. It can lead us to better paths, which is positive0
