Bloat immediately after jog

After my jog my belly just swells up, and stays that way till next morning. Been drinking plenty of water (90 OZ ). I jog first thing in the morning on empty stomach. It really makes me feel fat and uncomforable. Anyone else?

I don't jog or run, but when I workout, I hold my abs in tightly and afterwards they swell.

*I don't think jogging on an empty stomach has much to do with the bloating.

Someone showed me a blog post yesterday that stated in it that your muscles will retain some water after a workout, just to repair themselves. Could be possible it's that? I didn't really do any true research on it, so I don't know how accurate that is, but a possibility.
Maybe you should try eating first. At least something like a banana maybe. I usually tire out faster and don't feel up to par after a workout when it's on an empty stomach.

I think you should eat a little something before you run. Even a banana or toast with pb on it. I think that might help with the bloating.
