From couch (potato) to 1st 5k!

Truly went from couch to 5k in the last 5 months! April could barely go 1/4 mile at 4.5mph. Today I finished my fist official 5k in 27:55!

If I can figure out how I'll post a picture of me in my 'race' gear and one from a time when the thought of running a 5k would have been the last thing on my mind (about 59 lbs ago!!!) :happy:

Ive just started using couch to 5k this week, hopefully I will have the same great results as you. Are you moving on to couch to 10k now?
