diet.com Go to it and click on the vidoes at the bottom of the page are videos you can click on.. their free so their not the best but they will burn calories and tone.... you need certain things for some of the videos but whatever its free

    Try http://www.crossfit.com/ for some EXTREME workout videos... also free. Very hardcore stuff there, vomit-inducing but impressive!
