Fast Forward: One Year! (Before and During Pictures)

I wanted to wait to reach my goal to post, but last night I was looking through a friends Facebook albums and found some before pictures that shocked me. I knew there was a difference (after 69 pounds) but this really put things into perspective as to how much I have achieved in the past year. I do not know my exact start date, but it was a week before my husbands birthday last year, and he will be having his birthday next week, so it was approximately around this time last year. Anyways enough words, let's see some pictures.. Beware though, they are not pretty at first:

Before: 255+ (I am not sure about the exact weight)






During: 186 (or so)






The After will be in about 36 pounds!

But I am so content with my progress and it pushes me to go even further. Every second of sweat, pain and panting has become totally worth it!
