AMP IT UP!

So far, it has taken me about 2-3 months to shed my first 10lbs. What do you suggest on shedding this same amount of weight in about a 1-2 month time span? Right now, I try to work out 3-4 times a week for 30mins to an hour burning at least 300cal. As far as my eating, for the most part, I stay under my calorie limit and try to eat less on days I don't work out. Right now, I weigh about 203lbs, and my goal is to be at least 150lbs for my choir trip next April. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! :)
