read in a fitness magazeen this is very good for you. Any ideas? Besides oatmeal. It said legumes does that mean all beans?

Yes, most all beans (not green beans) whether they're dried, canned or frozen. Lima, kidney, pinto, navy, black, northern beans. Also whole grains and many fruits and vegetables are high in fiber. (You can search online for lists and recipes.)
High fiber in your diet (25-30 grams daily) and plenty of drinking water is very important for good colon health. That may seem unimportant or embarrassing if you're young, but as you get older you'll understand. 8-)0
