HI Everyone! Happy Saturday! A friend shared this recipe with me and now I would like to share it with y"all.

2 heaping TBSP Greek yogurt
1/2 - 1 cup coconut milk
1 scoop vanilla protein
1 cup fresh or frozen fruit strawberries, blueberries, peaches, mango what you like

Just add all ingredients to the blender and blend. Pour over ice into a large glass. And drink up and enjoy!

    YUM! I just had my Greenberry Shakeology meal replacement shake, blended with cantaloup, unsweetened almond milk, (ran out of unsweetened coconut milk which I normally use) and flax seed oil...
    Just what I needed after a long run this morning! :D
