7 1/2 weeks on MFP success

I started counting calories 7 1/2 weeks ago. I didn't realize how many calories I was really consuming! WOW! I still don't get as much exercise in as I should, but this has been so easy and encouraging. About a month in, I plateaued for a week or so and started getting discouraged. But I'm back at work full time and I've lost 9 pounds, 2 1/2 inches on my waist, and my clothes fit loose. I can actually see a difference in some areas. I'm only 5'1" and went from an all time high of 167 2 years ago, to 159.5 when I started MFP. Now I'm 150.4
