I don't think I'm losing much this week TOM is coming and I want to knaw on the house so good luck to everyone else!! :flowerforyou:

    i'm confused... i thought we weren't starting this until after christmas? and which team am i on? i was like the 3rd or 4th who replied to your mini challenge :smile:

    this is just a small one that we are doing before the one on the 1st starts. and for that one you re going to be on familygirls team.

    oh perfect! thank you for setting this all up. i cant wait for the new year! do i send familygirls my weight before the first then?

    Last chance workout !!! My gym is closed this WHOLE week :cry:
    I'm working right up until 8pm xmas eve, then back to work boxing day, no time to workout, so I'm walking my dog more of an evening :happy:

    What is the mini challenge?

    Last chance workout !!! My gym is closed this WHOLE week :cry:
    I'm working right up until 8pm xmas eve, then back to work boxing day, no time to workout, so I'm walking my dog more of an evening :happy:

    What is the mini challenge?

    just for this week we are doing one. I know how you feel. I work until 6pm then I have to be back to work bright and early at 8am on friday!:sad: :noway: :grumble: :explode: :angry: :mad:

    So unfair, I'm at work from 9am bocing day - but I finish at 1pm - not too bad then, I got 10 hour shifts all weekend :cry: ah well, all good things must come to an end :laugh:

    The other girl who works full time with me had asked for christmas through saturday off and she seems to always get christmas eve off. The thing that makes me mad about that is she brings her daughter to our christmas eve in the lobby thing that we do for our members and guests. :mad: ten hour shifts stink!

    I got 40 minutes on the elliptical today - last day at the gym until Jan 5. Will be joining a swim program tomorrow, so hope to do that a couple to 3 X per week during the break..

    ahhh, all that good food and no cardio machines... :laugh: :laugh:

    walk if you can! I work with kids so I get a lot of exercise there but I also have a treadmill at home that I use!!

    Will definitely be walking on Christmas and on the weekend. Hard to do this from my home as we are on a winding, icy road.. I have a Wii fit, which is really good for yoga, and balance stuff, and Santa is bringing an Active Life Outdoor Challenge, which I hope will be fairly cardio.

    The fitness center at work is doing a 12-day challenge. We weighed in on Tuesday, must do some kind of workout (or activity with the family) for 12 days we are off (and log it), Then we weigh in again the week of Jan 5. The purpose of the challenge is to not gain more than 2 pounds - but I am determined to lose...
