Cardio will burn the fat on your body - but unfortunately, you can not spot lose. Your body will burn the fat from where it wants to burn it from and not where you want it to burn it from. As a rule, the belly area on a woman is the last place it burns it from too.
You can do core work to help build the muscles in your belly. Doing strength training will work your arms.0 -
I recommend Jillian Michaels' DVD: No More Trouble Zones!!! Soooo worth it!0

You just have to keep going with the workouts. It won't happen over night. Ido cardio and circuit training. I am doing 30 Day shred with Jillian Michaels, she uses weights and you get cardio and weight training. I am on day 7 and can't wait to see my results after the full 30 days. I also walk on my treadmill doing hill climbs... I have lost 15 inches since April.0

Zumba is great for the stomach (core). Lots of ab crunching and twisting and you never have to get on the floor! But not so much for the arms. Try pushups or arm weigths for that.0

Water aerobics and swimming are great exercise for both of those areas. You don't don't have to have a deep pool to do water aerobics or to swim but anything will help. I get out in the pool and do stretches and some resistance exercises to help with my arms back and legs. I especially work on my core as well.0

Fat can't be removed from the body selectively unless surgery is used.Best would be to do cardio plus light weight training.
Few good tips... umm... always take light dinner and sleep at least 1 hour later... don't drink lot of water just after a full meal.... don't eat too much in one meal.
Always remember the below equation:-
75% diet + 25% workout = secret of fit body0 -
Walking is the best for loosing weight all over and toning. As well as using free weights for your arms, you can google arm sculpting/toning exercises. Stretch bands help too!0

I try to jog and do crunches I do Zumba every now and then but not that often0
