Cooked Couscous

Does anyone know how much 1/4 cup of dry couscous turns into when cooked?

1 cup uncooked couscous usually turns into between 2 and 2.5 cups cooked, depending on the brand. So 1/4 cup uncooked should probably give you a bit over 1/2 cup cooked.

Thanks so much...I ended up cooking it and then noticed 1 cup of dry made 2 cups- guess I should have read the package first!! Thanks again.
