    Yeah- I would like a rundown too if that is ok, or a point in the direction to find the info.
    I am guessing it is weekly weigh ins and are we doing some kind of fitness log as well or what?
    Whatever it is, I am happy to have some accountability with my weight loss (or lack of!)
