My friend lost 27 lbs doing this since June

My frient lost 27 lbs doing this since June. He walks on a treadmill every other day 30 to 40 minutes. I am very motivated to do this....Need to loose 40 lbs

    And you CAN! Stay motivated and make great food choices (making sure to get your daily cals in) and you'll begin to see the results you're looking for!

    Walking is the best form of exercise. It is a lot easier on your joints.:smile:
