Diet Help!!

I seem to have the exercise down, but i loose track of my diet alot. I need help... what diet works for you? If it is counting calories... please tell me what you eat bc i tend to eat the wrong stuff. I NEED to start losing the weight now. i feel like im literally not getting anywhere. I run and that tends to help my inches, but i have been doing this now for about 2 months and i have no lost anything.... so please If you are on a great diet, tell me what your doing to lose the weight.... thank you :flowerforyou:

    lean proteins, complex carbs, good fats, and veggies. that is all.

    Try cleaneatingmag.com it helped me learn how to make my own meal plans. Also plan every day. Be prepared!

    Planning is definitley key. Lots of fresh fruits and veg. Takes quite a bit of effort, it is a lot easier to eat unhealthily : )
