Work out routine

I am trying to devise a workout routine for when I get back into the gym next week. I was wondering whether the following routine is any good -

    Thanks for sharing the website. I like that the plans/programs are tailored to your individual needs, and it's FREE!. It looks a bit extreme for me, but perhaps because I'm just becoming familiar with my gym (had membership for many years, but never used it)
