Here is a delicious dish that I cooked on this rainy pre-hurricane New England day. It was awesome, the house smelled fantastic all day, and I recomment it for when you are stuck in the house. :)

    Your quinoa is gorgeous!!! YUMMMMMMM! Did you use reg. raisins or golden?

    Thanks!! Regular raisins, although my husband (who doesn't eat raisins, but liked this dish) thought golden might have been better. I am not sure the difference would have been able to be noticed under all the spices.
