Protein question

I always go over in my protein should i try not to or is it ok ?

    MFP sets your the default protein at 15% of your daily intake.

    If you go over that;s fine.

    For weight/fat loss, it's actually recommended to eat more lean protein, and less carb.

    It is set low here so I changed my settings to 35% protein/35% carbs/30% fat.

    Yeah, I've changed mine from 15% to 30% . 40% carbs, 30% protein, 30% fat.

    Go to goals, change goals, then custom (I'd leave the calories the same just change the ratios).
