NEWBIE!!!!

I am new to myfitnesspal and I am so excited about all the features.. I joined a gym 3 months ago and have lost about 8 kgs... but I am going to start counting calories now, and someone told me this site was great. I am really impressed so far...
I have a long way to go.... potentially 40kgs.... and am looking for lots of support and information to help me on my journey...

    Feel free to add me as a friend. I work out with a trainer 2-3 times a week and by myself two days a week. I try to exercise 5 times a week with two days off to give my body a rest.
