New Goal: 141 in 141 by 14/1

So, I've really been doing well on this diet plan of mine. In two months my weight has fallen faster than I thought possible. When I downloaded the MFP App, I went through the goal setting thing at the beginning, and I said to myself, "how much do you really expect to be able to lose?" I thought a goal of 145 lbs would be a pie-in-the-sky, year-long goal, but oh, how wrong I was.

I've not only lost weight faster than expected, I've also discovered that I love to sweat. Would you believe that I didn't think sweating was healthy? Well I did. Now I can't get enough. I find I'm craving my workouts more and more, and know that's fueling more calorie burn. :fist pump:

So I’ve reset my goal. As of today, I'm dropping my goal weight to 141 lbs, and I want to get there in 141 days, or by 14/1 (in European format that's Jan 14). That's just under a pound a week. Very doable.
