Willpower NSV?

Last night, around 2:00am, which is when I do my worst eating most of the time, I opened the thing of brownies, picked one up, smelled it, and put it back. I was really proud of myself later.

And today and yesterday, I was with people who were going to eat fast food, but I didn't get anything. In the past, I probably would've caved.

So, I was proud.

I totally would not have been able to pull that off, especially the brownie one. Sometimes I feel like if no one is around, the calories don't count :laugh: Great for you! Keep up the great work!
