So, I went out with some friends the other night. We go out to ear a band that a mutual friend of ours is in when it plays at a local bar every once in a while. And as soon as I walked in my friend says, "you really look good! How much are you down now?" I thanked him and told him I was only down 6 pounds and he said, "I can really tell." yay!!!
