Hi everyone, I'm new to my fitness pal, and I must say that I'm only five days in and I love it. I've never been one to count calories, but this is definitely an eye opener for me. I have been able to see just how horrible my eating habits have been because I wasn't paying attention to my calorie intake. With the knowlege I now have, and MFP along with exercise, I hope to eventually become a healthier, thinner me and maybe make a few new friends along the way!

    I have to agree. After about a week, I realized how I had to change what I ate in order to meet the calorie goals.

    5 months later I'm 62 pounds lighter. :happy:

    You can do it too! Keep with it, you'll see. :wink:
