    Congratulations, what fantastic progress!

    It is really fascinating to have such good like-for-like comparison pics and see exactly where the weight is shifting. Shame you haven't got one from before your first 20lb loss.

    excellent! yes, you can see the difference in your arm as well as your neck. the chin/neck area adds years when it's chubby, so I think you look younger too!

    First thing i notice is your back, you have lost it there for sure and when that happens clothes immediatley look and fit better and you appear to be standing taller in the second pic...well done you, you look great :)

    Yep, you're looking good! It is definitely showing - all over I think. You seem to really be losing the weight proportionately - I see it in your face, arms, back and stomach - which just makes you look GOOD! Thanks for sharing!
