Just wanted to introduce myself. I started MFP in the beginning of August, but haven't ventured into the message boards until now. My sis says I talk about food and exercise too much, so i figured that I should talk about it here :) I already lost 4 pounds and want to lose 18 more by Christmas. Does anybody have any advice about satisfying my sweet tooth?

hello and welcome! Here, in the forums or even on your page are great places to talk about food and exercise. The search button may even become one of your favorite tools on the site, next to the diary, of course. Best of luck!!!

I like to grab a piece of sugar free Extra Dessert Sensations gum. My favorite is the Strawberry shortcake. Try it, it just might help and I do agree with everyone else...fruit is the way to go when the gum doesn't satisfy that craving. Feel free to add me if you'd like.

I am trying to eat more fruit, but I am picky eater. I only like grapes, apples and citrus fruit. I guess something is better than nothing. The Fat Free Pudding suggestion seems like it might work! Thanks :)

I weigh out 8-11g ( 1 serving ) of pudding mix and add it to my casein shake every night. it's only 35 calories.

I just felt it should be announced in the beginning, because I would hate for your head to get bit off for asking a question that's been asked 500 thousand times in posts. So, better now, as advice than later as 20 people telling you to (not so nicely) to figure out how to use it.
