So, I'm sitting here guarding the house while the fam is asleep waiting for this hurricane to blow through and I have decided that anything that I eat between now and 7am will not be logged. What day would I log it for anyway? Saturday or Sunday? So far I'm working a pot of coffee and I've only eaten an orange. I also am not logging all the work I had to do a couple of hours ago to seal up a leak or the multiple trips carrying a shopvac full of water up the steps to dump outside. I guess whatever happens I'll be ok on my cals...lol. Then, I'm sitting here thinking WTF am I going to do if the basement floods anyway - if it floods, it's going to flood whether I'm sleeping or watching the water come in. Eh, guess I should stay up incase they post any more tornado warnings....I'm not used to this crap? Can anyone tell that I am feeling kinda delirious... FU Irene!

Log it for the next day. That way the next day you will already have less calories to eat.0

I can't say I blame you in the least. Protect that precious family and yourself, first and foremost and stay dry!0

That sounds grueling! I'm sorry you have to go through that. I hope you and your family stay safe.0

Praying you and your family are safe and sound! Don't even worry about the calories... my heartrate would be up during a hurricane, maybe that will burn those cals! Can't even imagine going through a hurricane.0

Please stay safe!
Also, if you want to lose calories while eating you can always eat a negative calorie food

I survived on an orange and a serving of almonds. Still going to skip logging because they were easily countered by the amount of urgent work I had to do keep the basement dry. I just realized that a 12 gallon shop vac weighs almost 100lbs - I guess that's why it felt kinda heavy the 6th time I carried it up the steps to take outside to dump out - lol. That was heavy - I'm a beast! Also had to seal a window, inside and out mid storm. i'll say it again F.U. Irene! I hope everyone out there stays safe!0
