Hi! New to MFP

Hey there. I have been using the MFP app since January and just found this site. I love the idea of all the support. I have lost 44 pounds since January by watching my calories (around 1200-1300) per day and by exercising. I cut outall wheat, sugar and almost all corn. I feel like a new person. Wanted to say hi and am excited to be on here!

    Welcome...I have only been using this site a little over 2 weeks and I am excited at my new eating habits and the weight is starting to fall off. Good luck to you!
