Horrific thought for the day

So today we had my whole family over for my nephews 2nd birthday. We did the whole barbecue and cake thing as you do, and I find myself sitting here at 9:23pm completely full and feeling terrible with one hell of a headache and I never want to eat again!
However, the horrific thought is that I used to eat like this all the time  !! I can't believe how horrible I feel after eating badly for only one afternoon!
Anyway, back to killing myself at the gym tomorrow to kick this awful bloated feeling so I can go out for my other nephews 9th birthday tomorrow night

Aww yeah Í'm sure most of us have had days like that. A bump in the road. ps great job on your loss so far!
  • Ugh I hear ya! I did the same thing last night only mine included wine. My stomach was upset and I felt like I wanted to die. Blech! Here is to getting back on track! :)
  • I'm with you. Last night was my son's 16th birthday so I had some ice cream and cake. I've been cutting way down on added sugar (not totally gone but I'm working on it). Today I feel horrible with a terrible migraine (and of course I'm out of medication).

A few years ago, my friend and I were weight watchers fanatics...we lost 2 stone (28lbs) and ate so much fruti veg etc, really healthy.

We went on holiday and whilst at Manchester airport there was no place open at the time other than a Burger King...we had something to eat there, OH MY GOD! we felt so ill and headachey! Ive never been a fast food person but since then I have stayed WELL clear. ( My father even sells burgers etc doing outdoor catering and even he wont touch McDonalds etc after his supplier told him about the contents of the food!)

At least you know now for sure and will remember it next time. Happy birthday to him though and hope you had a great time with family xx
