There was a thread about this a couple days ago actually. The reviews were....well, really very bad. There's no magic pill to fat loss, and Alli certainly isn't magic anyway considering it can cause anal leakage. You should lose fat naturally and safely; you can do this on your own without the aid of supplements, and keep all your pants.
  • Don't I did. Let's just say it was bathroom from hell.

Me NO but my Best friend's doctor told her that it might be worth a shot.
HOWEVER, She took it the way it says and to say it was explosive was an understatement.
she could not leave the house for two days.
She had stomach cramps. and felt a little ill.
When push came to shove she only lost about 2 pounds in a week. about the same that I lose with regular diet and exercise.

I'd also like to add that fat does NOT make you fat. Only eating too many calories does. Barring trans fat, every kind of fat (even saturated) is beneficial in some way. It's much better to remove sugar and bleached flour from your diet, since they cause huge spikes in blood sugar and insulin, and guess what causes Type II diabetes? Not healthy fats.

I saw a bottle of it in my sister's drawer the other day and I told her I wanted to try it...she grabbed it threw it down the drain and continued with her story of how bad it was, couldn't leave the bathroom, had to tie a sweater around her waist at work, etc.
