calories in marinated chicken breast

Occasionally, I will have a piece of marinated grilled chicken breast (with skin and bone) from a local restaurant called Phils Chicken house. Its grilled but definitely very greasy and i know at least the skin packs in tons calories so I never eat that part. If I'm only eating the white breast meat under the skin, about how many calories are in that? I can never find it on the food database. I know it has to be more than a regular skinless chicken breast because its a little more greasy from having the skin on. Can anyone help me out??

If that restaurant doesn't have a nutrition facts, it's your best guess. If you know of a restaurant that serves something similar, you can use that as well. Calories will NEVER be on point, so don't completely stress over it..at least you logged something, ya know?0

I wish the place had the nutritional info! Either way, it would still be hard to judge since i dont eat the greasy fatty skin or any of the dark meat.0 -

It depends what it's marinated in? But it sounds like you think it's not great for you and I would just trust that instinct. Doesn't mean you shouldn't eat it but maybe allow 100-200 extra calories on top of the amount in a regular skinless grilled chicken breast. That's a complete guesstimate though, obviously0 -
You can add in the grilled chicken breast and then add a teaspoon of a fat (such as butter) to your logged calories for that meal. That way, you know its not accurate, but prob comparable.0

Yeah I would tend to log the chicken and then a spoonful of oil, as that's probably what it's mostly marinaded in.0
