hey all! I know there's tons of posts on this, but my specific question I cannot find and that is how do you do the treadmill version? I'll mostly be doing this at the gym. I'm joining the air force by end of the year and am needing to up my endurance for running. Any help appreciated!!
Thanks in advance

I do it on a treadmill. I walk for the first 5 min at a 4.0....run at a 6.0 and then walk at 4.5 and then go back to a 4.0 for the cool down. I started running at a 5.8 and then in the second week bumped up to 6.0. I' m in W2 right now. I'm planning to bump up to 6.2 next week and try to get to 6.5 by the end of the whole thing.

But is there an actual setting or just kind of go with it? Lol! I'm adding it into my regular workout routine hoping to build endurance and do some interval training with it ;)

You can find the C25k treadmill version at http://www.c25k.com/c25k_treadmill.html

I haven't done c25k yet (although as I am in the same situation - looking to join armed forces, I also need to work on endurance) but I have been doing some HIIT (until I got shin splints :[ ) and that was a case of 1 min on and 1 min off and go for anything from 10 / 20 mins maximum.
