Forgot to update last week! Almost there though, I've got this mini goal on lock.
Personal challenge: Login and complete my diary everyday, and no more binging.
- Still need to get better at logging on weekends, though I have been very mindful of what I'm eating on weekends, and have continued to login everyday for the last 2 weeks.0 -

How you are doing on your personal goal: My goals are to set up my home gym and exercise 5x a week - I've been doing my workouts and kicking butt in that but I haven't set up my home gym fully yet. I still have this weekend to do so!!
Any comments you'd like to make: I'm determined to be under 300 lbs!0 -

Starting weight for September: 187.5 lbs.
Target weight for end of September: 179 lbs.
Challenge: Walk around Salem Lake (7 miles) once a week, no matter how much homework or housework I have to do!
Current weight: 186.7
Challenge: Salem Lake walk completed on 9/1 and 9/7...2 down, 3 to go!

Challenge: Salem Lake walk completed on 9/1, 9/7, and 9/14...3 down, 2 to go!
Since this walk is 7 miles, I typically do some sprinting through some of it. On Saturday I ran a 5 minute sprint...this might not sound like much to you runners out there, but it is a new record for me. I can't wait until I'm able to run a full mile without stopping! :happy:

Challenge: Salem Lake walk completed on 9/2, 9/7, 9/14, and 9/22...4 down, 1 to go!
And this week I was able to sprint for nearly 8 minutes! The 7-mile walk took 2 hours, 2 minutes, down from 2 hours, 10 minutes. Also, 30 minutes were spent sprinting...next week's goal is to add 5 minutes.
I will run the entire thing someday...

OK - today is the last day of September.
Current weight: 181.3. While I didn't reach my goal of 179, I lost 6.2 lbs. during this challenge and I am that much closer to goal!
As for my challenge: I completed the Salem Lake walk on Saturday, 9/28. It took exactly 2 hours, with 35 minutes spent sprinting. My longest sprint was over 9 minutes, something I could not have accomplished at the beginning of the month. I will run the entire thing someday!0 -
Challenge: Nutrition consistency. I am back to a consistent level which allows me a healthy and slow weight loss. Things will only get better from here.

9/30 153 *My official weekly weigh is tomorrow so this is my best estimate for 9/30. It's the difference of the "tale of two scales,”, mine and the one at GISFW used for my weekly weigh-in. They average 2 pounds apart, so home says 151 so I did 2+ for a

GW 151: I didn’t get here but I’ve moved off my plateau and things are moving in a positive direction for me.:bigsmile:

My last weigh in was yesterday and I was 143 lbs. Was aiming for 142.5 so only half a pound shy of target!
I was 149.5 so Total weightloss for September is 6.5 pounds! Not bad! Only 3 to go!
Well done everyone! Off to hunt for the October challenge! Got 2 weekends away this month so it's going to be a challenge!0 -
Glad to hear everyone is having success and completing their goals!
My goal was 143.. I'm currently at 145, not bad! I managed to bring a healthy lunch every day to work, no take out! Yay!
