I have been dieting for 2 weeks now and lost 9lb, I want to go from 231lb to 184lb, I an currently 222lb. I am eating 15020 calories a day, for exercise I play football (soccer) for an hour every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. Is this enough exercise a week or should I be doing more. I hope to be 184lb by around Christmas

I would recommend adding some resistance training to your routine 2-3x a week followed by 30 min cardio in addition to the cardio you're doing. You'll have to up your cals to accommodate it (vital), but it will give amazing results.0
