Six week challenge start of week two. This week I feel pretty good about myself. There were times when my brain said you can NOT do this. I pushed on even if I didn't want to do anything that day. I told myself while going through this week the results are worth it, over and over again. I went clothes shopping with my mom yesterday. I got two new workout tops, workout shorts, blue jeans (no change in the jeans still size 14 petite), two dresses, and an extra large shirt from the juniors department. Of course this is still early in my six week challenge. I'm not discouraged on the pants that will change in time.

This week I ran, did some strength training, dancing, walking at a leisurely pace or at a moderate pace with my dog, and some cleaning. It doesn't matter what exercise I do as long as I do one thing for six weeks straight. The running, strength training, and dancing seem to help a lot. I feel better than I did last week. So we shall see how this week (week 2 works out for me).

My total calories burned for this week: 9659

Starting weight (8/21/11): 161.5

Week 2: 157.0

Measurements:

Arms: 11.5

Bust: 43.2

Ribs: 36

Stomach: 40.5

Hips: 46.5

Thighs: 22.5

Calves: 14

I am over all happy losing four and a half pounds this week, and losing a total of four inches. I can not wait and see what next week's results will be. My goals for this week are: running three times a week, do cardio for 90 minutes, strength for 20, circuit training for 20, walk and dance. Of course the running, the strength and circuit will be every day. The cardio, walk, and dance, can always change.
